V-Series Pulverizers

The ‘V’ Series Pulveriser is a vertical disc machine with 11″ discs. This gives it a higher output per hour. A larger sample can be processed because of this facility.However it does not produce a smaller micron as does the “H” series machine.This Pulveriser is self contained and is mounted on a steel base with air operation and blow down and dust extraction facilities.Ease of operation is ensured with an air lever, which lifts the revolving discs to a required pre-set micron particle size. On completion of the procedure, an automatic blow down operation takes place, which minimizes contamination of the samples. Adjustment for micron size is by a hand wheel.
